Short Stories by Shirlee Smith Matheson

"Backward Glances" and "Valley Girl" and "Love Letters from an Old Soldier" are "historical" stories from my childhood growing up in Manitoba on a farm near the Riding Mountains, near Rossburn, or Russell. These are precious memories, and the stories were published in various places including Western People magazine, and broadcast on CBC Alberta Anthology.
